We want you to love your BloomBox products, but if you need to make a return, here’s everything you need to know.

Right to Withdraw (Returns within 14 Days)

Under Portuguese law (Decree-Law No. 24/2014), you have the right to return non-personalized physical products within 14 days of receiving them, without needing to provide a reason.

Exceptions

• Digital products (downloads, files, templates, etc.) are non-refundable, as per Portuguese legislation.
• Personalized products (e.g., custom-made items with names, dates, or specific modifications) cannot be returned.

Return Process

1️⃣ Contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the product to start the return process.

2️⃣ The product must be sent back in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

3️⃣ The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refunds

We will refund the full amount paid for the product, including standard shipping costs. If you selected an upgraded shipping method (e.g., express), we will only refund the standard shipping rate.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or valid proof of return shipment.

If we fail to process your refund within the legal timeframe, we are required to return double the paid amount.

Received a Damaged or Defective Item?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos, and we will review the case. If confirmed, BloomBox will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement.

At BloomBox, we do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and within the expected timeframe.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• 📍 Portugal: We ship via CTT, and delivery is estimated between 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• 🌍 Europe: Delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 business days, but it may take up to 10 business days if there are public holidays in Portugal during that time.

💡 Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Sustainability & Packaging

We are committed to minimizing plastic waste. Our boxes are made of recycled paper/cardboard and should be recycled when no longer needed. However, to protect your order from rain, we use a plastic outer envelope.

Damaged Orders
